At the heart of your culture and systems, not a compliance add‑on.

Power, ethics, and leadership sit at the heart of your culture and systems. They are not simply matters of compliance. This service helps leaders examine how power and ethics are experienced in their context, and strengthen their capacity to use influence with clarity, courage, and integrity. The work can include Power & Ethics workshops, facilitated conversations, and targeted leadership-development work.

We begin with the power leaders already hold and how it shows up in everyday work: who is heard, who carries the load, how decisions are made, and what this means for people and results. We help leaders see these dynamics more clearly and use their influence more deliberately.

Here, ethics is concrete. It is visible in how people are treated, how information flows, how risks and tensions are shared, and whether people have a real opportunity to speak up. Rather than labelling leaders as “good” or “bad,” we pay attention to the effects of their choices on others, on the work, and on the system.

In this context, authentic leadership is not a style. It shows itself when the situation is tense, political, or uncertain. We help leaders step back, see what is happening, determine what the situation requires, act with honesty and courage, and stay attentive to the effects of their decisions so they can adapt.

What this work enables

  • Clearer conversations about power, responsibility, and impact across teams and levels.
  • Stronger judgment in hard situations, so leaders default less to avoidance, overcontrol, or silence.
  • A shared way of talking about boundaries, expectations, and ethical questions.
  • Leadership behaviour that more visibly matches the organisation’s stated values.

What this can look like

  • A Masterclass or webinar introducing basic language, tools and behaviours.
  • A Power, Ethics & Leadership series for a leadership cohort, combining workshops and applied practice between sessions.
  • A focused lab with a specific unit or team working through their real dilemmas and decisions.
  • A deep‑dive for an executive team to look at how power and ethics shape culture, risk, and trust across the organisation.

Who this is for

  • Senior leaders and leadership teams who want to use their authority with more clarity and care.
  • HR, OD, learning, and conflict‑resolution professionals who are holding the consequences when power and ethics are not managed well.
  • Leaders, including women and equity‑seeking leaders, who are navigating complex power dynamics and want consistency in their ability to use the power they have.
