Women, Power & Leadership
Creates spaces where we can work directly with questions of power, voice, identity, and authority, without having to dilute our experience.
Women leaders often carry both formal responsibility and invisible labour in systems that were not designed with us in mind. We make high-stakes decisions, hold teams and relationships together, and manage a mental load that is rarely seen or named. This service creates space to work directly with power, voice, identity, authority, and ambition, without having to dilute our experience.
The work starts from the realities many of us are already navigating: competing expectations, unequal visibility, high performance demands, and the pressure to manage relationships as well as results. We do not ask women to downplay their ambition, their experience, or the cost of the work they carry. Instead, we make sense of these dynamics, strengthen authority, and create more choice in how we lead.
We do not separate leadership from identity or from the systems we work in. Together, we examine how power operates, how voice is shaped or constrained, and how the tensions between care, authority, performance, and ambition show up in everyday work.
This work is practical as well as reflective. It supports women to think clearly about real challenges, speak with more authority, set boundaries that hold, and act with courage in the relationships and systems they are part of.
What this work enables
- Greater clarity about how women want to use their power in the systems they work in.
- Stronger voice, authority, and boundaries in complex leadership environments.
- More grounded and courageous leadership in the face of pressure, ambiguity, and competing expectations.
- Shared language and stronger connection across a women’s leadership community.
What this can look like
- A leadership series for women who want space to reflect on power, voice, identity, and authority in the context of their real work.
- A cohort experience that combines facilitated conversations, leadership development, and peer learning across a shared set of challenges.
- A focused programme for a women’s network, leadership community, or organisational group that wants to strengthen confidence, clarity, and collective leadership practice.
Who this is for
- Women in formal leadership or specialist roles who want space to think, decide, and lead without shrinking themselves.
- Women navigating the added complexity of race, class, language, disability, or other intersectional dynamics in their leadership.
- Women’s networks, leadership cohorts, and organisations that want to invest in women’s leadership in a way that is thoughtful, practical, and connected to real organisational life.
- Women and allies who want to change policies, practices, and systems so they better meet women’s experience, authority, ambition, and leadership.
