Advisory Circle
Our advisory circle brings additional experience and judgment to Prologue’s work.
Its members act as thought partners and sounding boards on questions of practice, ethics, strategy, and impact in high‑responsibility systems.
Working in a genuine spirit of partnership and collaboration, they help us test our thinking, identify patterns across sectors, and consider how our work lands with leaders, teams, and organisations.
Grounded in systemic thinking, the circle also opens up new possibilities. It helps us examine familiar challenges from different angles and explore approaches that may not be visible from within a single system.
The advisory circle is consultative, not a governance body. Its members do not oversee individual client engagements; they help strengthen Prologue’s practice and contribution over time.
Susan Skjei, PhD, PCC
Leadership Researcher, Coach, and Author, Authentic Leadership
We are honoured to welcome Susan to Prologue’s advisory circle. For more than 25 years, Susan has worked alongside leaders, executive teams, and boards across business, government, and the nonprofit sector, helping them lead with greater presence, integrity, and courage. She is the founding director of the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University, and previously served as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at a global technology company, where she led learning and change strategy across 40 countries and more than 8,000 employees. She holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Susan’s doctoral research on authentic leadership moments, together with her ongoing teaching and coaching, continues to sharpen and enrich our own thinking as we develop Prologue’s approach to power, ethics, and authentic leadership. We are grateful to draw on her depth of experience, her research, and her steady, generous presence as a thought partner.
