Structured peer space for leaders who want to think more clearly and work through real challenges in community with others.

Coaching circles bring a small group of leaders together to think more clearly, reflect more deeply, and work through real challenges with peers. In a trusted and confidential setting, participants coach one another, learn together, and strengthen their leadership practice over time.

This work is grounded in the Coaching Circles® approach developed by Coaching Circles Canada, a leading organisation in this field. Chantal is a recognised train-the-trainer with Coaching Circles and draws on that practice to design circles that are both rigorous and humane, with clear structure, strong facilitation, and space for genuine peer coaching.

This format is particularly valuable for leaders navigating complexity, change, or isolation in their roles. It creates space to step back from immediacy, bring live situations into the room, and learn through both direct coaching and the experience of others. Questions of power, identity, relationships, and organisational context can be explored when they are shaping what participants are facing.

The result is practical as well as developmental: leaders leave with greater clarity, stronger peer connection, and more grounded, effective, and courageous action in day-to-day work.

What this work enables

  • Stronger reflection and better judgment in the face of live leadership challenges
  • More intentional responses to complexity, change, and competing demands
  • Greater awareness of how power, identity, and relationships shape leadership practice
  • Shared language, mutual support, and learning from the real situations peers bring into the room

What this can look like

  • A series of coaching circles offered over several months, allowing participants to build trust and deepen practice over time
  • Sessions that combine a focused leadership module with live coaching linked to the theme of the day
  • A circle designed around a particular leadership community, such as women leaders, a peer cohort, or a cross-organisational group

Who this is for

  • Leaders who want more than one-to-one support and value learning in community with peers
  • Leadership cohorts and peer groups navigating similar levels of complexity, change, or responsibility
  • Women leaders and other groups who benefit from a structured space to work with power, leadership, and real-time challenges together
  • Leaders who are ready to contribute to others’ learning as well as their own
