We work with the real pressures leaders and organisations.

We work with the real pressures organisations and leaders face and design practical, structured work that people can use in day-to-day leadership. Our focus is on practice that holds up in the real dilemmas and pressures leaders face every day.

How we work: EDITT

We call this rhythm EDITT: Explore, Discern, Implement, Test, and Tend. It helps leaders and organisations work with what is actually happening, choose what matters, act with intention, and keep learning as the situation changes.

1. Explore what is happening
We start by looking closely at what is going on for leaders, teams, and the organisation. We listen for patterns, pressures, perspectives, data, and gaps so we can understand the situation as it is, not as it first appears.

2. Discern what matters
Together, we identify what is most significant for your people, your mandate, and your culture. We pay particular attention to power, ethics, strain, ambiguity, and where there is both risk and potential.

3. Implement what is needed
We design and deliver the right combination of services to address those priorities. That may include leadership development, coaching, team development, Power, Ethics & Leadership, Women, Power and Leadership, psychometrics, grief and organisational trauma support, or other fit-for-purpose elements.

4. Test what is working
We pay attention to what changes once action is taken. Together, we test assumptions, notice what is helping or getting in the way, and use what we learn to make more informed adjustments.

5. Tend what needs care
We help leaders and teams strengthen and adapt the practices, tools, relationships, and structures that keep the work alive in everyday leadership. The goal is capability that remains within the organisation, not dependence on Prologue.

EDITT gives leaders and organisations a clear way to move from insight to action, learning, and adjustment, without pretending that one plan will hold forever in a changing system.

Modular design

Our services are modular by design.

The work can be combined and adapted to fit your sector, people, mandate, and budget, while still giving you a coherent approach rather than a series of disconnected interventions.

This is not an off-the-shelf programme, and it is not endless bespoke design for its own sake. It is a fit-for-purpose combination of proven elements, shaped around what the situation actually requires.

What we pay attention to

Across all our work, we pay deliberate attention to:

Leadership in real conditions
How people show up in real decisions, conversations, and pressures, not only how they perform in a workshop.

Power and ethics
How power is used, shared, and experienced, especially by people carrying more risk and less formal authority, and how everyday choices build or erode trust, dignity, and justice.

Grief, loss, and organisational trauma
How change, crisis, and loss live in the system, including suicide loss and other serious events, and what people need to work with that reality rather than step over it.

Learning that sticks
Turning insight into shared language, practices, and tools so capability grows within the organisation and remains there after the engagement ends.

What this means for you

In practice, this approach means that:

  • Leaders have clearer judgment, more grounded confidence, and sharper awareness of their impact on people and mandate.
  • Teams have more honest, constructive conversations and clearer ways of working together under real pressure.
  • The organisation strengthens how leadership, power, change, and care are handled in day-to-day work, not only in formal programmes.
