As an entrepreneur and executive, she brings a practical understanding of the realities of leadership rooted in her experience as co-founder of L’ILOT—a pivotal experience that has shaped her strategic, people-centered, and practical approach to organizational development.

Throughout her career as an executive, Sonia has developed a practical understanding of the realities of leadership: championing a vision, rallying people around a shared goal, navigating uncertainty, and addressing the human challenges that arise at the heart of change. This experience informs an approach that is at once strategic, human-centered, and grounded in the realities of organizations.

Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and a member of the Maison des leaders for several years, Sonia combines her practical leadership experience with an understanding of individual, collective, and systemic dynamics. With a background in anthropology, management, and environmental education, she connects people, organizations, and purpose in her work.

At Prologue, Sonia provides individual coaching and facilitates coaching circles. Her leadership and mastery of integral coaching also help raise the standard of excellence in coaching for many Prologue coaches.

She works in French with leaders and teams in Montreal and virtually in the National Capital Region. She deeply believes in authenticity, the power of the collective, and the dignity of human beings.
