Alannah Robertson
(she/her)
Leadership Coach & Facilitator
Alannah works with leaders and executives in higher education, health care, and the private sector to build healthier teams and workplaces. Her work focuses on how teams and organizations approach change, navigate complex dynamics, and strengthen their capacity to lead well together. She creates inclusive and courageous spaces that invite people to show up differently—spaces where being heard and seen makes it possible to engage more fully, extend compassion, and tackle the tough stuff.
As a facilitator and organizational development practitioner, Alannah designs and delivers programs focused on leadership development, team dynamics, and conflict management. She operates as an internal consultant in higher education, supporting leaders and executives with institution-wide initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
Alannah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. Outside her institutional work, she serves as a mediator with two local organizations focused on restorative justice as a way of addressing conflict and harm.
